Is there a way to cutomize this area? I would like to add our SIS but I do not know how to add any software on to this. Is this possbile?

It gets a bit confusing at first. Software titles are considered assets, so you would add them as “Models”.
Here’s a good writeup from another community member about it. It’ll probably take a bit of work if you want to narrow down the categories there, but it’s worth doing IMO.
