I have read through quite a lot of knowledge-based articles, but I’m not finding the specific situation I’m trying to do. I would like when I sort something by status to have a specific status be listed first. I would like for submitted tickets to be shown first.

At this time that would be an enhancement request as we organize alphabetically by status currently.

Have you tried creating a view, filtering by the status’s that you would like to be included, such as “Submitted”, and then setting the sort to Sort by Status?
Where as that would work, I was actually looking for a way for all of the tickets to show, and not just drill it down to submitted. I would like the submitted ones to show first. There’s an option already to sort , and sort by status is an option. I would additionally like the option to sort it my way and not the way it defaults. Maybe I’m not making myself clear. Thank you! I appreciate your response.
