When I am trying to assign an agent to a ticket, I am seeing ALL users in the system including students and staff. How do I only show Agents?? This changed over the summer and is quite annoying.

I think that might be related to the new permissions setups? It’s not something you can force to change as far as I know. I agree that it’s a regression!

Also, if you’re in a ticket view - NOT in the ticket itself - you can assign to just agents or teams.

I ended up creating some shortcuts for our group here for now to make it a bit easier.
