What happened to video/screen capture function in support tickets? I could swear I was able to do screen captures with the support tickets and since the support tickets were merged into it’s own section I can’t use Screen/Video capture.
Is this referring to when submitting a ticket to iiQ Support? If so, the option to capture a screenshot should still be available. Could you reply with a screenshot?
Irs a Custom Field - did you modify your Custom Field rules for tickets? If you want it on everything, you should have a Custom Field Ticket rule for Screenshots / Video to show up on all tickets.
You guys are right, thanks, I must have modified my rules and made it limited to specific Issue Types. Thanks for the reminder to check Custom Fields and requirements for those CF video recording.
