I’m brand new to IIQ. I’m looking for a way to set up a tech store where teachers can select specific items (keyboard, mouse, camera, etc.) from a list to request.

I’d like those specific items to be listed out on the ticket so that they can only select those specific items. Is this possible? If so, can you point me to some directions?

You’d want to leverage Custom Fields in an Other Requests ticket queue. You’ll likely want to use a Multiselect custom field type for a request like this (gives you a multiple choice drop down & you can request multiple options)

You could create a ticket issue type where they can “submit a request” and then have them select the models they can choose from to request. Here is a guide to help you get started:
