Anyone know the attachment file size limit on tickets? I need to keep some videos of the issue to for auditing purposes.
Also is there a list of formats that can’t be uploaded?

My workaround was to create a Shared Drive (Google), create a folder with the ticket number, uploaded the videos, then paste a link to the folder in the comments for easy access.

What I could find is you can not attach files over 100MB
These file types are not supported: ".exe", “cmd”, ".bat", ".ps1"
