I am a member of multiple teams in IIQ, but only wish to be notified when one specific team gets assigned a ticket. Is there a way to accomplish this that I’m not finding?
I think the only way you’re going to be able to do that is by turning this off for yourself
and then creating a rule for it.

No problem. Unfortunately, this only works if you have Admin access to create rules.
Notifications have been a hot topic amongst our teams here. It’s nice that we can control our own individual ones and override the global settings, but it’s bad when someone’s not getting the service they should because they’ve managed to disable all of their email notifications.
