I’ve had a principle ask the other day if it’s possible to create a rule in Ticketing that can a ticket in Facilities as well as Ticketing?

You can set up a rule in the IT module to automatically create a Facilities ticket when a specific type of IT ticket is submitted.

Using Ticket Templates, you can customize the Facilities ticket that gets created. If you have a specific example in mind, I’d be happy to provide screenshots to walk you through it.
