Is there a way to add parts to inventory from a ticket? We have devices that we part out if the parts are viable and then add them to our inventory.

Good Morning! You cannot update existing part inventory from a ticket. This would be a good enhancement idea!
You can add hoc add parts which creates a new part, but cannot update existing.
