We are missing "Displays ticket templates throughout ticket submission" in out site options, anyone else?

An agent went to use Ticket Template and it wasn’t present started digging and can not find setting in our site options.

Hello ​@CLee 1176405 shakopee the site option should now be available for selection. To reiterate what ​@DDonaldson_iiQ said, the permissions/sharing tab will need to be completed in order for a given user to see and use a template.

Thank you for posting your question in the iiQ Community!

 

To make the Ticket Template visible upon creating a ticket, you will navigate to Tickets > Ticket Templates

Click on the Ticket Template you’d like to share and click on Permissions/Sharing. You can share the template with individual users or teams.

 

 

If you would like agents to manage Ticket Templates, this can be found in permissions.

When creating a new ticket the ticket template option isn’t there.  When we go to check in Site Options the ability to turn them on/off is not present either.
 

This is the second Site Options setting to go in weeds on us in a week. Yesterday the ticket description was disabled, confirmed no one within our team disabled it.
