Agent Activity Report

Is there a way to generate a report of a specific agent’s activity on the platform? I have an intern working for us that I’d like to have progress monitoring setup for so I can see what changes he’s made in the system, etc. I mostly have him working on making sure assets that are stored in closets are enrolled, and it would be super helpful to have some type of activity audit report that I can run.

Hi ​@BHynds 2407d34 clearfield ! If you have access to the left navigation ‘reports’ option, there is a designated analytics report for just Agents. This is specifically for ticketing. 

Please see screenshot below.

 

 

I am not aware of a way to run a report for what a specific agent has updated based on assets. We do have the ‘last updated’ filter but there is not a stackable filter to also say ‘by X user’

Yes, I do have access to the Reports, and as you mentioned it is specific to Tickets and only shows overall metrics. It would be really helpful to see an Agent Activity Timeline that included all activity on the platform (ticket updates and asset changes). This is needed for auditing and troubleshooting.
