Assign Fees

I’ve set up some fees using the Fee Tracker app using the Knowledge Base article. The one thing it didn’t show was how to assign a fee. I’ve looked and can’t seem to find how to do it. I do see a section under a user but that’s to generate a statement. How do I assign a fee?

Good Morning and Happy Friday!

There’s a variety of ways to assign fees, including through tickets and user or asset profiles. Once the fees are configured, a Fee Tracker widget will be available in those areas. In the widget, you'll see an "Add" drop-down menu where you can select to add your fees or fines. From there, you can select one of your configured fees to add.

It’s showing in the widget now. I thought I had set my permissions but hadn’t.
