I am very curious on if there is a way to create more tabs in this open tickets view. I am looking to create a tab for Subtask

Good Morning
You could utilize custom views and have them live on your left navigation to easily access.
An added note, you can also add those custom views to your dashboard, so you see the report as soon as you login.
Go to your name in the top right of your screen → Options → Dashboard Tab → Scroll down and select the custom view you would like to display on your Dashboard and you can drag it to the very top of your Dash.
