+2I am attempting to set up our facilities agents to be able to customize their dashboard just like we in the IT ticketing can change the look of our dashboard. I am not finding anywhere to give them the permissions for this. Any help would be great!

Your agents should be able to personalize their dashboard just like they do in IT. They will click their name and click “options.” This will pull up the dashboard options.
