Our faculty have two separate email addresses through their Google Workspace account and their M365 account. Most faculty consider their Microsoft account their primary email, but SSO is done through Google Workspace and their google email is what is maped to their user email field.
Is there a way to keep Google for SSO but map their 365 email addresses as a second address and make all ticketing emails flow through 365?
