@dansbyzachary Normal requestors won’t be able to add followers to tickets after they are open, only during the ticket submission process. Someone who has the permissions to view and work tickets would be able to add followers after the ticket is created.
@dansbyzachary Also, if there is a set list of followers typically added to the ticket or a specific ticket issue, you could also optionally add them via a rule such as Ticket “when created”.
I think this ability should be separated from the “ticket worker” permission. Seems strange to allow a requestor to add a follower during creation, but not post-creation. It’s created some confusion among my users.
