Hello, we had an individual change roles, and they were in many teams that can be seen from their User Profile, but there is no way to remove them from a team with out editing each team individually. Is there an easier way or better? Especially if a individual is in a large number of teams.

There’s actually not a way now - but I think there’s one coming. I’d go vote on these ideas so the devs will see that we need it lol

Thank @jclark16 for jumping in and providing those links.

Bulk assigning and bulk remove user from teams in now live in production.

One awesome feature is if you have the users email addresses that you know should all be on one team. You can copy those email address and paste it in iiQ using the “user” filter. Then bulk assign or unassign from teams.

Thanks, this is great for adding a user, however the challenge I have been facing is removing a user. It would be great from with in the users profile under the “Teams” section, that we can just click on the team and remove them. Now, even with the Bulk remover, we still have to manually do this for every group. So, if a user was in 10 teams, I have to first, make a list of those teams, then go to each one to remove them from that team. It would be much more efficient if we could remove them right from their user profile.

Ahhh I see what you mean now. Thank you for providing more details. I would suggest adding this to our idea exchange - being able to edit users teams from the user profile page.
