Is there a way I can see all of my students that still have a device assigned to them from their previous school?

@HCampos 79752cb polkschoolsfl - When you find that a student has a device from another location - what are your next action? Updating that asset location to match the student's location?

There is an admin setting that can be enabled where the asset location is updated based on the owner's location. This would have to be enabled by an iiQs admin at your district site.

Also, you can build an asset custom view and use the filter called “Asset and Owner Location Mismatch.” You can create a custom view with this filter and then add the columns Owners Location and Assets Location to see the difference.

Here is a knowledge base guide on building custom views.

Are the students moving from like middle school to high school? Or transferred to a different middle school?

They are coming from a different middle or high to us. They don't show up as not having a device from our school because they still have a computer from the school they were at.

If you look at Revisions on that particular student it will show if there is a device assigned to them.
