Our students check in devices at the end of each year. If I want them to have the same device next year, how do I do search by user for this information?

How are you checking the devices in? Are you using Batch Check In?
You can search for users information in multiple different ways
- User Explorer
- Search Engine at the top of your dashboard
- Rapid scan - by scanning their student ID
