When a user is set to no access, what happens to the ticket history for that user? Are you still able to search for tickets based on the user with the no access role?

I know in the documentation it states that setting users to no access hides them from most searches, but I didn’t see anything say which ones.

Thanks!

Hi @EGimenez 590058f jusd ,

I hope you’re doing great! After further testing, I can confirm that if a user’s role is set to “No Access”, you’re still able to search for tickets submitted by the user whose role now is “No Access”.

I hope this helps! If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know. May you have a great day ahead!

Regards,

Jas
