I think I know the answer to this based on what I read and the planned changes, but I want to confirm my suspicions.
I want to give a site supervisor the ability to see all of the assets at a location. I tried giving them a new role with Permission to view assets at that location, but they could only see there own assets.
Is the only way to give them this view right now to give them the agent role?
(I even tried duplicating the permissions from there, but did not get the results I wanted.)

Currently the only way to give them access to view all assets at a specific location is by giving them the Agent role. I would assign them the agent role and create a limited permission policy to only “view” assets at that location for now.
We are currently working on our overhaul with permissions that will help with this type of situation where you want to limit their visibly but not give them all the agent capabilities. That is coming soon.
