How do I look up tickets for a specific location? 

 

You can sort your tickets by location under Requested For.  You can also use the Filter button to filter by location.  Or you can create a Ticket View for the location you need.

When creating a new view will it pull tickets from the location prior to creating the view? 


It will pull all tickets.  If you want only Open tickets.  You will need to filter by Status.  Then select the Status or Statuses you need.
