Please share any ideas and thoughts.  Love to collaborate with great people. If you respond, you must be one of them.

I was wondering abut other K-12 School Districts who might be looking to update, enhance, and improve their experience with Incident IQ.  We are doing this and I am looking for ideas and collaboration.

Hello! 😊 My name is Tim Aumuller. I’m our Ed Tech’s department tech support for Moline High School 🎓 with spending the summers out supporting all of our schools and buildings. I have been with the Moline Coal Valley School District since 2001 which is located in NW Illinois. We have only utilize Incident IQ for 3 months starting in April, 2026. A simple way I have benefited with Incident IQ is filtering to view just our local high school support tickets. Like all of you I appreciate 🙏🏻 having a community to collab and resolves challenges together.

@taumulle Hi Tim! Welcome to the Community!

Hi Everyone! My name is James, I am a Computer Analyst II for Willingboro School District in NJ!

My district is new to Incident IQ, and we are looking to roll out for the 26/27/school year. We are in the early stages of establishing ourselves and we are looking forward to the benefits that come with IIQ.

Our previous work order system was a homegrown database that, while it serves our needs for hardware operations, it did not allow for crossover with software, database, and system administration. The ability to have tickets sorted and forwarded to the right teams is a plus and I am looking forward to seeing that in action.

I’m a lifelong learner, having been a teacher, and I am looking forward to learning all that I can about IIQ and being part of the community!
