Does LogMeIn or and of the remote assistance apps allow the use of admin credential? most do not let you input the info once the pop happens. (Quick Assist)

Good afternoon @RRayford 7077e9 tulaliptribes ! Thanks for adding that context.

Regarding remote support applications, Incident IQ acts as a bridge between our platform and the remote support software. The integration initiates the session and provides a simplified link for the technician and end user within the ticket.

Because Incident IQ does not manage the remote support applications themselves, it does not control session-level permissions such as administrative elevation. We recommend consulting the documentation for your specific remote support tool (e.g., LogMeIn, TeamViewer, or Microsoft Quick Assist) to determine if it supports elevated admin sessions for your specific use case.

Doing some digging myself into the LogMeIn documentation, it appears that this platform does support elevated sessions. For a more definitive and thorough look at this support, feel free to look into their documentation further!

As always, thank you for choosing iiQ!

Best regards,

To confirm.. Are you wondering if the remote assistance applications allow for elevated permissions during the remote sessions?
