Good morning everyone!
Is there currently a way to search by Invoice Number that are on the Fee Tracker App widget inside the ticket? Example F100007. We are having a hard time going back in to resolve things since we cannt search this way.

I hope you’re doing great! Currently, a ticket can’t be searched by Invoice Number that are on the Fee Tracker App widget inside that ticket. But you can filter out tickets by using Fee Tracker’s filters based on the total amount, balance, etc. Fee tracker’s filter can be found in the “Application Filters” when you click on “Filters”.
