We are currently swapping out new Chromebooks into our elementary carts and wondering if there is a way to scan all 18 and edit the custom room field on all 18 at once. I.e change the room field to Cart- Room# 135. Or do I have to scan and edit each individually. Also if I can do that can I also bulk add text to say the PO# field? We are trying to find a way to filter and find them all at the end of a 4 year lease. Thanks in advance! - Dusty

This is possible to handle all of these actions in bulk. One way to handle this is to create a custom view by scanning all of the assets in the Asset filter and once you have all of the assets scanned, you’ll see the square for bulk actions. You can bulk select all of these devices, hit ‘Other’, select ‘Set Info’ and then apply these data changes in bulk.
