When filtering tickets, is there a way to granularly list an assets location in a column? For example, I dont want to know just what building it is, I want to be able to list the room as well. When I bring devices back to our tech department for repair, we put them in a specific room in the tech department. I wish I could see that in a ticket list. I would like to be able to see if an asset is here at the tech department at a glance in a ticket list. If the asset has a balance, I can list that so that I can look at that at a glance.
In your current ticket view under the columns tab you can add the Room field as a column so that in your view the Room # will also be displayed. You can follow my screenshot to see where to add the Room column. Let me know if that helps!

When I add the room, it just lists the room that the ticket was listed under and not the room where the asset is. I have attached a picture where the asset is at technology in a room, but there is nothing listed.

Good morning
Thank you for your response. Instead of using a view for tickets, you could do a view for assets. There is a filter in assets that shows if an asset has an open ticket. The filter is called “Asset attribute”. From there you can add the column for room to see where the asset’s room is located and what ticket it has opened with. Please let me know if that helps.
