Print asset labels has stopped working since template update. Help!!

Good afternoon !

So ever since the new update that allows label templates has launched I can’t print asset labels on my Zebra ZSB-DP12 label printer. I have tried creating a custom template as the labels are 1.25” x 3.5” and thought that was causing it. However when ever I try to print to it I get the “ Something went wrong when trying to print. Please check your printer and try again” I can send test print labels to it so I know it is connected and I can also send it to different print queues. Anyone else run into this issue?

Are you using Chrome? I’ve been having odd printing issues in general, so it might be worth trying another browser to see if that helps.
