Is there a way to sort iiQ Knowledge Based Articles within categories/subcategories by non-alphabetical means?

 

Like could we assign a priority to an article based on number of tickets received and bump that article to the top of the list within a category?

Thank you for reaching out. At the moment, the default alphabetical sort order of KB articles cannot be adjusted. However, you might be able to apply prefixes to the article names to force the sort sequence.
