Direct URLs to Create A Ticket - Where's the Idea?

Had another need today to have a link go directly to submitting a specific ticket. For example, in a training, provide a link to submit a training ticket.

I decided to check the Community to see when the last time someone put a comment in the Idea. However, I can’t find the idea, though I’m sure it existed at some point, right?

              As we have staff coming back to prepare for the new school year, it sure would be nice if we could put direct links to creating specific tickets within our documentation!

                ​@davecarty As my partner is heading back into school for the year, he is submitting all kinda of tickets. Having the ability to click his specific issue for a ticket would be a game changer! Thanks for your insight. 😄
