We’re trying to set emails to all our iiQ Administrators when a ticket is created, no matter who creates the ticket or who it’s assigned to.  We’ve tried personal settings with no luck.  Any ideas?

@Amanda McP As I like to say, there are many ways to bake a cake (mmmm, 🎂)! 

Similarly, there are many rules you could write that would accomplish your goal. 

Keep in mind that if you do not choose any conditional filters the rule will fire EVERY time a ticket is created.

You could add the iiQ admin to a team and then send them an email notification:

Don’t forget you can use those supported variable data points to customize the email!


You could also send an alert to one specific individual user:

You could also add each person as a follower to the ticket:
