When our team is logged into Incident IQ and one of us assigns the ticket to ourself and makes a comment the others cannot see that change until they refresh their page. Is there a way we can see the changes or see that someone is responding to a ticket without having to refresh?  There are many times we end up working on the same ticket not knowing someone else grabbed it.
