In the past a line appeared through a To Do item after clicking on it. This item would then be transferred to All To Dos and leave the main list. This is no longer occurring. The line appears but the item does not move and after a few minutes the line disappears and the item is still in the main list. Not sure if this is a change or a bug.

Good Morning ​@DZomorrodian 730ebc htps, and thanks for reaching out! Could you please share a video of the behavior you're seeing? I’ve tried to reproduce the issue on my end, but the completed "To-Do" items appear to remain in the "All To Do" list after being marked as complete.

Will make a quick video later but for now the screen I a referencing is below. The crossed out items do not leave this list as they did in the past.

 


Hey Dawn, I was able to simulate your user logon, re-crossed off the items, and they were immediately removed from the open "to-do" list. After reviewing, I believe this was a one-time issue, possibly due to caching or a refresh requirement. Please take a look and let me know if you experience any further problems.

I am still experiencing this issue. Over the past few days I have crossed off a number of items and they do not disappear from the list. If I refresh it just removes the lines and puts the list back as all active.
