We've been getting the "Please set your password recovery questions" on login. We use SSO!

We use SSO to our authentication server to login to our IIQ service, yet we are getting the “Please set your password recovery questions” banner at every login.

Although it is easy just to X out of the banner, it is annoying and unnecessary to see this message every time we login.

How can it be disabled for organizations which use SSO?

Sorry.

I got tired of seeing it, so I went in and entered two recovery question/answers and it no longer pops up.

@Derek I Smith That’s okay. It looks like you have the Password Assistant App. Because this app assists with resetting your password (with your SSO), each user will need to add their recover questions. This is a standard prompt with the App since you have the self reset option. Here is the KB Guide with additional information of this app:
