My default timeframe in Analytics Explorer defaults to … third trimester of last year. See attached. Anyone know how to change the default timeframe to something more useful, like “this school year”?

@EstonMelton Thank you for submitting your question!

You can change the range to a “Moving Date Range” (as indicated below). It will not necessarily be the school year but the current year. This would help to not have the 3rd quarter of last year show every time. I hope this helps 😄

Yep, I change it sometimes to that or something else helpful each time I load Analytics. Problem is, the selection doesn’t stick, and it defaults to bizarre-o last-year-ville every time I come back.

@EstonMelton Alright, I did some additional digging on the backside and noticed that you are not the only one with this. I believe there is not a way to fix it without an enhancement.

I would suggest submitting this into our Idea Exchange. You can submit it here: https://community.incidentiq.com/ideas
