What is the best way to change the date of an event prior to the ticket being approved?  It looks like in the ticket, I can change the date by editing the details of the ticket.  However, this does not appear to work if its a multi-day event.  I can edit the dates in Events, but I don’t want to upset the workflow, since it has not been approved yet.

Hi! @j_collinswb Thank you for submitting your question to our community! 😄

The best approach in this situation is to delete the event and start fresh instead of updating each individual event date, since this is a multi-day event.

When deleting the event, make sure to delete the Event itself (not just the ticket). Deleting the ticket will not remove the events, but deleting the event will automatically delete the associated ticket.

I also strongly recommend submitting a suggestion to improve the ability to edit multi-day events in our Idea Exchange, linked below. This helps our product team gain more insight into your district’s needs so they can make improvements that best benefit the districts’ utilizing iiQ!
