Changing requestor based on name found in the message text

Does iiQ have the ability to parse the body of an email to automatically change the requester based on a name found in the message text?

I seem to recall some time ago someone found a way of achieving this, i can’t remember whether it was natively, though some automation or something else. Thank you

Good Morning ​@Daniel P ! I have not tested this but you could use a rule similar to the one below:

 

The only issue I am seeing is this would be a lot of work as you would have to set a rule for every requestor and I am not sure how that is possible. 

 

Are you referring to emails submitted specifically from email to ticket? and are these parents submitting if so?
