​@DAdmin 490b550 wed Thanks so much for your question! Currently, each user dashboard needs to be configured by each user individually. There is this open idea that is similar to what you are looking for and adding your additional information and use case here would be great: 
 

My recommendation would be to create a short video on how to configure the dashboard that looks something like this and then sharing with your users.
