My recommendation would be to create a short video on how to configure the dashboard that looks something like this and then sharing with your users.
Default Dashboard Settings:
Removed everything except your recommended items:
It looks like this:
However, I’d recommend leaving the Quick Ticket section, Dashboard Flow Procedures, for ease of use (but of course, up to you!):
