Custom view: All open incidents without work package

How can I create a custom view for all open incidents that are not in a work package?

My current “All open incidents” view is a bit cluttered with many things that are honestly being tracked via work packages. I would love a view to see all of my incidents assigned to me that are NOT in a work package. Is this doable?

Thank you.

@CBaker 1471f68 rolla31 Thank you for submitting your question.

This is an easy filter! Head to “Open Tickets” then “Add Filter”. Select “ Work Package”. You will need to select all the work packages you have and in the bottom, select “exclude selected”.

This filter will allow you to see all the tickets not in a work package. I hope this helps! 😄

I completely forgot about the “exclude” option! Wow! 😅

Thank you!! 😄

Follow up: If I create a new work package after making this view, I will need to edit the view each time?

@CBaker 1471f68 rolla31 To ensure none of your work packages get overlooked, I would check it when you add another one. 😄
