Custom View - Daily ticket stats

I would like to easily create a custom view or way to see this data. Columns would be:

Date

Tickets Open Today

Tickets Closed by Tech 1

Tickets Closed by Tech 2

Total Tickets Closed

Tickets Remaining

Any ideas?

@DWallis 434c1d brooklyn  I there!  Just a quick note that any ticket view you create can be viewed in analytics for rollup information such as total tickets.



For “Tickets Today”, you can filter on the “Created Date” filter and use the moving date “Today” with further filters such as ticket “status” to exclude statuses such as resolved tickets if you only want to see open tickets.


For who last worked and closed the ticket the filter would be “agent”

For total tickets closed, you can choose filters such Last Updated Date and Status of Resolved and then view it in analytics for your rollup numbers.

For tickets remaining, you can filter out status of resolved, on hold, and/or any other status you want to exclude to see what’s still open. You can then click on analytics for that view to see roll up totals.

Play around with all of our filters. You are bound to find others that you didn’t realize you had access to.

I’d recommend that you reach out to your Customer Success Manager who can go over these as well as any other reports you may need.
