Our team has requested Events module app. functionality. I was asked to place some scenarios in which we would use this functionality.
- Scenario 1. Leadership are asked at unexpected times in meetings whether there are any upcoming conflicts. We are unable to reasonably answer, unless we have a laptop and log into the web version.
- Next tier leaders are often presented with questions during events from working staff about specific services. Without app functionality, they have difficulty answering questions about requested services or needs.
Logging into web version with our phones is not reasonable in most cases as our security platforms requires multi-factor identification. In short- we see lack of app functionality for events as a strong issue for the events software. I strongly urge the incident IQ team to incorporate that into the App.
