Right now I can only see an option to create a view with 200 tickets as a visible listing per page. However there are times that I may have to deal with more than 200 tickets and having to ability to bulk process tickets are great but only if they are visible from the first page. Meaning if I am working on 10 tickets on page 1 but need another 10 tickets on page 2, I can only bulk process 10 tickets at once and then go to page 2 hoping that none of those tickets get sorted to page 1. This process definitely slows down the bulk processing of tickets and I think it should be a simple issue to allow more than 200 view ticket per page. Can this be an option of enhancement or change in our environment?
Hello!
You are correct. Currently, you can only view a maximum of 200 tickets per page. This would be a great idea you can submit in our idea exchange: https://community.incidentiq.com/topic/new

To piggyback off Dani’s response and just to ensure you are aware you can set it in site options to have it default to 200 as well. You may have already done this, just wanted to bring awareness in case.

Additionally, are you trying to bulk update tickets that you have filtered out? If so, this can still be done no matter how many tickets are displaying per page. When you Select All, a button becomes available for you to Select ALL tickets in the right hand corner.

I hope this helps but I will second what Dani said, to add to idea exchange for a larger default option of displaying tickets per page.
Thanks, I have submitted it as an idea for something new: Expand the view of ticket counts to more than 200 | Community
