I’d like to set up an auto message so that when a ticket comes to me it auto-replies to the creator that I am out of the office. I thought I remember seeing it but cannot find it in my searches. Thank you.

@dmwitmer You can set an out of office by going to your profile but I don’t know of a way to have it send an auto-reply when you get a ticket.  Instead when you set the out of office you put in a covering agent and tickets that come to you because of rules go to that agent instead.
