I’ve shown users how to print the PDF of their work ticket after they’ve submitted it.
How to you open an existing ticket and print it?

Apparently, users can’t print a work ticket, once they submit it?

Currently, you cannot print a ticket if you are not in the agent or admin role after you have submitted it. However, you can print the email confirmation.
