how can I remove the time requirement from actions in a ticket? 

 

 

Good Afternoon ​@DLikiardopoulos 22023df ocsit! This requirement is controlled by a setting called “Ticket Effort Logging” and can be disabled under the Admin > Site Options area by any site administrator.
