Rights to Make Shortcut Available District Wide

Is it possible to give an Agent the ability to make shortcuts available District Wide without making them an IIQ Administrator?

Thanks Hannah. Really we don’t want to share shortcuts District Wide. We use it only because it is currently the only option for sharing.

Sharing with a Team would be much more beneficial. I already have this request in the Idea Exchange.

@davecarty Currently, you can only share shortcuts district-wide if you are an admin.

This would be a great enhancement. Would love to see it in our idea exchange.
