I’m trying to change the value in the Site Options page for “Sensitive Information Default Value” but no matter what I choose, new tickets have the option checked “yes” and it won’t let me change it. I’ve tried turning the site option to on, off, and not set, but there is always a check next to “Yes” on the ticket creation page. Am I missing something?

On a semi-related note.
@Cozmo03 and I were wanting to remove the "sensitive" info option altogether also. We changed it to off/hidden. Worked perfectly on the website.
But for what it's worth it's still there in mobile. I reported it in this thread.
We went ahead and tried the suggestion in this thread of the custom image upload to see how that worked in mobile. I made a custom field labeled “Test” and while the section shows, the field itself isn’t there. Same result on the file upload custom field.
@dunnojustin77 - You are right about the default locked field “screenshot” automatically flagged as sensitive.
But your workaround of creating a custom field for screenshot is the best option to avoid that ticket being marked at sensitive.
