Is there any way to take all of your ticket templates and filter out by a specific agent or team?
I have many templates created for our maintenance dept. and when someone leaves, I have no way to pull up all ticket templates that were created for that specific agent and change to a new employees name.
Would there be any way to add a filter or view setting to see agents/teams assigned to ticket template view?

Hi @SMiller 963fe86 spschools Thank you for reaching out! Unfortunately, there is no current functionality that filters ticket templates for a specific user. However, when creating or editing a ticket template, you can assign the template to a team. This should solve any future need of having to look through individual ticket templates assigned to specific users, should anyone new join a team or leave a team.
