Is the ticketing system down for anyone else? I can’t access existing tickets or create new tickets. I can access events and assets. I can’t even submit a ticket to IIQ.

Yah same for us here in CA. I just contacted IIQ Support and they confirmed that they’re looking into it.
Same in Phx, AZ. Glad they know about it.
